Step 1: Set a date and register your lunch

The official sixth anniversary date is March 11, 2017, but you can hold your event any time between March 1 and April 31. Check out our Registration page to register your lunch.

Step 2: Choose a place to hold your lunch

Talk to your friends and colleagues to find a good place to host your lunch.

Step 3: Find a restaurant where you can eat in as a group, buy bento boxes or a sushi platter to take away

Contact your local Japanese restaurant to confirm the cost per person and decide how much you will donate per person.

Step 4: Invite your guests and get your event noticed

Most people love Japanese food! Think about the people you know and the connections you have and invite them to your event. Remember to remind people why the funds are being raised.

Step 5: Confirm numbers, order your food and host your lunch

Enjoy eating lunch together! During the lunch you may like to use information on our website about the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund as a point of discussion.

Step 6: Collect and bank your funds

Collect donations at your lunch and bank your funds by May 1. The sooner we receive your proceeds, the sooner we can help the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund put the money to work. Head over to our Donation page to bank your funds.
